Dispositions

April 16
• David A. Anderson, 46, Galesburg — sentenced to 60 years in prison following a Jan. 16 guilty plea to Class X felony predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim under age 13 and reproducing child pornography involving a victim under age 13. As part of the plea, the following charges were dismissed: Class X felony solicitation of a victim under age 13 for child pornography; fondling a victim under age 13 for child pornography (two counts); reproducing child pornography involving a victim under age 13; Class 1 felony aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim under age 18; Class 2 felony possession of child pornography (three counts); aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim under age 13.

• Edward L. Burton, 55, Galesburg — pleaded guilty to Class 3 felony theft over $500 and Class 4 felony theft under $500; sentenced to 80 days in jail (54 days credit) and two years conditional discharge. Dismissed: Class 3 felony burglary; misdemeanor criminal trespass to vehicles; possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Adrian M. Jimenez, 24, Galesburg — dismissed: Class 4 felony criminal trespass; misdemeanor domestic battery causing bodily harm

• Thomas D. Johnson, 62, Galesburg — dismissed: Class 2 felony meth possession (5–15 grams); Class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams

• Mitchell C. Yoho, 63, Abingdon — pleaded guilty to Class 1 felony possession of a weapon or tool in a penal institution (two counts); sentenced to 15 years in prison with 245 days credit

• Misti E. Ainsworth, 29, Galesburg — pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to two years conditional discharge. Dismissed: Class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance; unlawful cannabis possession in a motor vehicle.

• Dallas R. Hulse, 29, Williamsfield — dismissed: misdemeanor criminal trespass

April 14
• Shawn S. Baker, 45, Abingdon — pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia; sentenced to two years conditional discharge. Dismissed: Class 4 felony cannabis possession (100–500 grams).

• Roger A. Combs, 40, Harrisburg — pleaded guilty to Class 1 felony possession of a weapon or tool in a penal institution; sentenced to four years in prison. (Combs was an inmate at Henry Hill Correctional Center at the time of the offense and has since been transferred.)

• Joseph W. Lorenzen, 44, Knoxville — dismissed: Class 4 felony aggravated DUI; misdemeanor DUI/alcohol (two counts); driving on a suspended license

• Joseph L. Wright, 27, Dubuque, Iowa — pleaded guilty to Class 4 felony aggravated assault of a correctional officer; sentenced to one year in prison. Dismissed: Class 2 felony aggravated battery to a peace officer (two counts). (Wright was an inmate at Henry Hill Correctional Center at the time of the charges and has since been transferred.)

• Barry E. Langdon, 63, Galesburg — dismissed: misdemeanor aggravated assault of an elderly or handicapped victim

• Cole E. Saline, 30, Galesburg — pleaded guilty to misdemeanor DUI/alcohol; sentenced to two years court supervision, 100 hours of community service and fines. Dismissed: misdemeanor DUI/BAC 0.08; driving on a suspended license

April 10
• Robert I. Pfeffer III, 45, Galesburg — pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery causing bodily harm; sentenced to two years conditional discharge. Dismissed: Class 2 felony aggravated battery to a peace officer; misdemeanor disorderly conduct

• Riley N. Johnson, 26, Galesburg — pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery; sentenced to 12 months court supervision and fines. Dismissed: misdemeanor criminal trespass

• Bryson L. Jones, 37, Galesburg — pleaded guilty to misdemeanor giving a tattoo to a minor under age 18; sentenced to one year conditional discharge and fines

• Cobain D. Knutson, 23, East Galesburg — pleaded guilty to misdemeanor DUI/BAC 0.08; sentenced to two years court supervision, 100 hours of community service and fines. Dismissed: misdemeanor DUI/alcohol; domestic battery causing bodily harm
