• David A. Anderson, 46, Galesburg — sentenced to 60 years in prison following a Jan. 16 guilty plea to Class X felony predatory criminal sexual assault of a victim under age 13 and reproducing child pornography involving a victim under age 13. As part of the plea, the following charges were dismissed: Class X felony solicitation of a victim under age 13 for child pornography; fondling a victim under age 13 for child pornography (two counts); reproducing child pornography involving a victim under age 13; Class 1 felony aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim under age 18; Class 2 felony possession of child pornography (three counts); aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim under age 13.
• Edward L. Burton, 55, Galesburg — pleaded guilty to Class 3 felony theft over $500 and Class 4 felony theft under $500; sentenced to 80 days in jail (54 days credit) and two years conditional discharge.
