Elton R. Simmons, 48, Galesburg — Misdemeanor retail theft under $300.

Justin C. Potter, 36, Toulon — Misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Kendall Johnson, 30, Galesburg — Misdemeanor criminal damage to property under $500.

Johnny C. Holman, 50, Galesburg — Misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Dismissed: Class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams, Class 4 felony retail theft under $300 with a prior conviction, five counts.

Christina D. Daniels, 33, Galesburg — Pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery; sentenced to one year court supervision and fined.

Kiara T. McToy, 24, Galesburg — Pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery; sentenced to one year court supervision and fined.

Edwinn D. Stong Jr., 19, Brimfield — Pleaded guilty to misdemeanor retail theft under $300; sentenced to one year court supervision and fined. Dismissed: Misdemeanor retail theft under $300, resisting an officer.

Tuesday, May 26

Samantha M. Axcell, 26, Galesburg — Pleaded guilty to Class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor child endangerment, three counts; sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 28 days credit, two years probation and 30 hours community service.

Cody J. Burgus, 34, Galesburg — Pleaded guilty to Class 4 felony unlawful restraint and misdemeanor domestic battery; sentenced to 180 days in jail and two years probation. Dismissed: Class 2 felony aggravated domestic battery/strangle, Class 4 felony criminal sexual abuse, two counts, misdemeanor domestic battery.

Jerry Summerville Jr., 18, Galesburg — Pleaded guilty to Class 4 felony aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon; sentenced to two years in the first-time weapon offender program.

Logan E. Claeys, 27, Galesburg — Dropped: Misdemeanor battery causing bodily harm.
