Royal Neighbors Chapter 20347 of Galesburg presented a $500 donation April 18 to the Galesburg Community Arts Center to support its Imagination Station, a children’s interactive space set to open this summer.

The funds will be used to purchase comfort cushions for the space, which is designed to accommodate youth programming and visiting school groups.

“The cushions will make it easier for younger students during field trips,” said Tuesday Çetin, executive director of the arts center.

Royal Neighbors of America is a fraternal life insurance organization focused on community service and support initiatives. The Galesburg chapter is a nonprofit group dedicated to volunteerism in the local community.
