  • Paul R. Carlson, 55, Galesburg — Class 3 felony aggravated battery of a victim age 60 and older, Class 3 felony aggravated battery in a public place, Class 3 felony possession of methamphetamine under 5 grams, misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
  • Taydem L. Devlin, 27, Alexis — Class 4 felony mob action, misdemeanor battery causing bodily harm.
  • Elizabeth J. Doan, 28, Galesburg — Class 3 felony possession of methamphetamine under 5 grams, misdemeanor unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver and unlawful possession of blackjack or knife.

Friday, Oct. 10

  • Keagan N. Newton, 21, Wyoming — Pleaded guilty to misdemeanor DUI/alcohol; sentenced to two years court supervision and fined. Charge of misdemeanor DUI/BAC .08 dismissed.
  • Dustin J. Perkins, 37, Galesburg — Sentenced to seven years in prison with 388 days credit on charges of Class 2 felony aggravated domestic battery/strangulation, Class 3 felony criminal damage to property over $10,000, and Class 4 felony unlawful restraint. Convicted in a bench trial Aug. 21.

Wednesday, Oct. 8

  • Micah W. Chezum, 21, Galesburg — Pleaded guilty to Class 4 felony criminal trespass; sentenced to two years in prison with 328 days credit. Charges of Class X felony home invasion and Class 3 felony possession of a firearm by a felon dismissed.
  • Crystal A. Howard, 47, Wataga — Pleaded guilty to Class 3 felony possession of methamphetamine under 5 grams and Class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to 24 months conditional discharge. Charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed.

Tuesday, Oct. 7

  • Cindy J. Lambert, 44, Macomb — Pleaded guilty to Class 2 felony burglary; sentenced to 3½ years in prison with two days credit. Charge of Class 4 felony possession of burglary tools dismissed.
  • Treyshawn B.M. McLaren, 28, Henderson — Pleaded guilty to Class X felony aggravated battery to a child under age 13 causing permanent disability; sentenced to 15 years in prison with 34 days credit. Charges of Class 2 felony aggravated domestic battery, misdemeanor child endangerment, and violation of pretrial release dismissed.
  • Michael J. VanWinkle, 48, Galesburg — Pleaded guilty to Class 2 felony aggravated domestic battery/strangulation; sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days credit and 18 months probation. Charges of Class 4 felony domestic battery with prior conviction (two counts), misdemeanor aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal damage to property under $500, and misdemeanor theft under $500 dismissed.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
