  • Hector A. Delgado, 41 — Pleaded guilty to Class 1 felony possession of a weapon or tool in a penal institution and was sentenced to four years in prison. Delgado was an inmate at Henry Hill Correctional Center at the time of the offense.
  • Kirsty J. Johnson, 36, Galesburg — Pleaded guilty to Class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams and was sentenced to 120 days in jail (one day credit) and 18 months conditional discharge.
  • Dylan M.R. Landon, 28, Galesburg — The misdemeanor domestic battery causing bodily harm charge was dismissed.
  • Keirsten A. Larimore, 25, Galesburg — Pleaded guilty to Class 4 felony possession of a controlled substance and received two years probation and 30 hours community service.

  • Dustin R. Maples, 41, Farmington — The Class 3 felony theft over $500 charge was dismissed.
  • Tiffany L. Riley, 43, Galesburg — Pleaded guilty to misdemeanor retail theft under $300 and received one year court supervision and a fine.
  • Ryan D. Schultz, 42, Galesburg — Pleaded guilty to misdemeanor domestic battery and was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge and fined.
  • Josie C.M. Smith, 24, Galesburg — Pleaded guilty to Class 4 felony retail theft under $300 with prior conviction and misdemeanor domestic battery causing bodily harm. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail (45 days credit), two years conditional discharge and fined. The Class 2 felony possession of a stolen vehicle charge and multiple misdemeanor charges were dismissed.

  • Tyler A. Derry, 28, Galesburg — The misdemeanor DUI/alcohol and DUI/BAC .08 charges were dismissed.
  • Zachary S. Houseman, 33, Muscatine, Iowa — Pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and received one year court supervision and a fine. The misdemeanor driving on a suspended license charge was dismissed.
  • Nino A. Pagan, 32, Galesburg — Was sentenced to five years in prison (107 days credit) following removal from the drug court program. The Class 3 felony meth possession under 5 grams charge was dismissed.
