The Galesburg Public Library Foundation will host Savor the Story: An Evening of Film, Food & Community from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 17, at the Galesburg Public Library, 264 W. Main St.
The event, inspired by the film Julie & Julia, will feature themed bites, community gathering and a shared focus on storytelling. The evening also will serve as the kickoff for the Foundation’s annual campaign supporting the library’s Community Read and Summer Reading programs.
Tickets are $50 per person or $350 for a table of eight.
